Make friends with Freedom and Uncertainty

~ Make Friends With Freedom and Uncertainty ~

How do we conquer the day ahead of us?  How do we step out of the house in the morning, push the shopping cart through the grocery store, step onto a stage and sing, walk into a class room, pick up a paint brush, choose to do the right thing?  With Freedom and Uncertainty of course.
There is no way to have one without the other.  We may have an innate understanding of the feeling that freedom brings but the fortitude it takes to follow through and accept what ever consequences arise from that decision are unknown mostly and thus you are presented with the uncertainty of any wisdom that will be gained.
Freedom allows you to set yourself apart, or not.  It gives you the opportunity to manifest a life or moment of your choosing.  It brings forth a strength that unites an idea or a thread that spins off something unique and new.  It allows you to walk to your own drum beat or be a part of a collective.  Uncertainty, however, can bring about questions and thus allowing a choice to be made.  Therein lies freedom too.
It wouldn’t be very much fun if we always knew what was going to happen next.  It can be unnerving and cause hesitation in our actions because we do not know but can only imagine or speculate an outcome.  Even Physics has its grey areas but scientists still jump into the chaos of an experiment or theory because it uncertain sometimes.  But, just think what wonders may come out of it!!
What wonders may come from when you shake hands with the awareness of your own ability to define your day in what ever shape or form you want.  What a relationship you can have with that understanding of the depth of that spirit and the excitement and anticipation it issues forth.
So step forward into the day with Freedom and Uncertainty by your side, a smile on your face, and celebrate every gorgeous moment.
Blessings
Nancy
